Audrey Hepburn once said, “The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries or the way she combs her hair”

Beauty comes in different shapes and sizes. There are so many variations of beauty. Beauty takes on it’s own definition for every single one us.

Some think it is with the clothes you wear, how much money soemone has. What about the amount of confidence someone shows, or the pride they have when walking into a room.

I think everyone is beautiful in who they are and their inner self.

Hi my name is Kyndra. I am not a true blonde, but I love being blonde. I have blue eyes. I don’t believe in fake baking. I am very eccentric, outgoing, warm, friendly, honest, hard working, crazy, wonderful, optimistic, and BEAUTIFUL person.

Beauty is a thing hardly ever seen. It is held within the heart it lies, waiting to come out to the surface. Beauty is suppressed by the evils of the world. Only love can bring beauty out. Once seen, beauty never hides again. Not even hatred can deny beauty of its true design. Beauty, although possessed by all by few and fewer yet will ever see one of the most beautiful sights – the beauty held by you.

The characterization of a person as “beautiful”, whether on an individual basis or by community consensus, is often based on some combination of inner beauty, which includes psychological factors such as personality, intelligence, elegance, politeness, charm, integrity, congruence and chic, and outer beauty — which includes physical attributes.

Beauty is a rare thing to feel and behold in its entirety. Things happen, things change. The best we can do it be who we are because that is the best part about us. Each of us is different and have different things to offer the world. Share your loveliness with all 🙂

Born This Way

I am a gleek. If you don’t know what that is where have you been? I always loved music growing up, it was a way for me to relax or feel better. This show it is about a group of high school students (who are definitely not high school students) who join the glee club, and use music to help with problems they are facing. They are the same problems each one of us grows up with.

Episode 18 was titled Born This Way. In this episode the characters come to embrace the things that they don’t like about themselves. This was probably one of the biggest things that influenced me in deciding on this topic. I found it refreshing that they focused on embracing their faults and they shared them with the world.

Check out this song which is a mash up of West Side Story’s ‘I Feel Pretty’ and TLC’s ‘Unpretty’. This song goes along with how I feel about my life at times. Some days I feel pretty, but sometimes I have those days where I just feel off, not pretty. In this scene where the song is done, one of the character’s Rachel is trying to decide if she wants to get a nose job after she broke hers. She is thinking she wants another characters, Quinn, nose. I highly recommend this episode as it shows that we are not the only ones who feel unpretty. Hope you enjoy it. 🙂
